1. Complete our pre-registration form:
Submit your application online! An admissions officer will contact you within 48 hours to schedule an appointment. Please prepare the following documents for your application :

2. Prepare for the skills assessment 🧠
All new applicants are required to take a skills test. This test lasts approximately 30 minutes and will take place on the day of your interview. The final result does not impact the admission process but is used to evaluate your current level.

3. Motivation Interview 💬
After the skills assessment, a motivation interview will be held to better understand your background, career goals, and what drives you.

4. Support in Finding a Company 🤝
At ESICIM ACADEMY, our corporate relations team actively seeks partner companies for our future students. We also offer various workshops to help you secure an apprenticeship contract: Writing cover letters and CVs Simulated phone and in-person interviews In-person job dating sessions

🌍 1. Application Submission (International Students)
Apply directly online via our website: www.esicim-academy.com/admissions/. Attach the required documents in digital format (PDF, JPEG). You may also submit your application by email to: candidature@esicim-academy.com. Important: International students must ensure that their diplomas are recognized as equivalent to those in France. 📝 2. Review of Your Application
The ESICIM ACADEMY academic team will carefully review your application. Three main criteria will be considered: Your academic background and past performance Your career goals in relation to the chosen program Your motivation and determination

💬 3. Interview
After reviewing your application, you will be contacted within 48 hours for an individual interview. During this session, we will discuss your academic project, your motivations, and assess your level of French proficiency.

✅ 4. Application Approval
You will be notified of the approval of your application within 5 days. An email will be sent to you with all the necessary documents to proceed with your enrollment and administrative procedures.

💳 5. Payment of Registration and Tuition Fees
Once your application is approved, you will need to confirm your enrollment by paying the pre-registration and tuition fees. Pre-registration fee: €550 (non-refundable) Tuition fees: vary depending on the program and level of study These payments are required for obtaining a student visa. In case of visa refusal, tuition fees will be fully refunded.

🌐 6. Specific Procedures for Non-EU International Students
Long-stay visa: Once your application is approved, begin the process to obtain a long-stay student visa (VLS-TS – visa de long séjour valant titre de séjour). French language level: A minimum level of B1 according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) is required. Diploma comparability certificate: Request this certificate online via the ENIC-NARIC France website (cost: €70).

Going through Campus France is mandatory for all student visa applications. Our team will assist you in creating your Pastel account and support you throughout each step of the process.

🧳 8. Finalization
Once your visa is granted, we offer personalized support to help you complete your final administrative steps and ensure a smooth integration upon your arrival in France.
📅 9. The Start of Term is Near
Prepare before the start of your classes and obtain your enrollment certificate. Arrive in France at least 15 days before the start of classes to settle in and complete the necessary formalities.
